From an intimate 50 guest get-together to a 2000 guest marriage reception. Order sizes above 1000 plates are confirmed at least seven days in advance so the kitchen and service team can be scheduled.
Every dish carries a per guest rate, which is what it adds to the plate when you include it in the buffet. Your per head cost is the sum of the dishes you select multiplied by the helping each guest receives, and the total is that per head figure multiplied by the guest count, plus service staff, transport and setup.
Yes. Vegetarian food is prepared in a separate section with separate utensils, oil and service staff, and vegetarian counters are laid out apart from the non-vegetarian counters at the venue.
Yes. All meat is sourced halal from regular, verified suppliers and the kitchen follows halal practice end to end.
A booking is confirmed against a token advance, with the balance settled on the event day after service. The exact figure depends on the guest count and menu, and is agreed on the confirmation call.
Yes. Uniformed service boys, buffet counters, chafing dishes, crockery and cutlery are all arranged. Live counters come with their own dedicated chef.
Hyderabad and Secunderabad along with the surrounding areas. For venues further out, transport is quoted separately on the confirmation call.
