Nubia set the entry price for the RedMagic 12 Pro at $799, undercutting Asus by several hundred dollars. The phone stands out immediately because the front is entirely uninterrupted glass. There is no notch, no pill cutout, and no punch-hole camera taking up screen real estate.
Behind that 6.85-inch 1.5K display sits an active centrifugal fan that spins at 22,000 RPM. Air enters through an intake grille below the volume rocker and exits through a vent on the opposite edge. The chassis gets warm to the touch after 45 minutes of heavy 3D rendering, but surface heat stays well below 43 degrees Celsius.
Daily usability and battery endurance
You get a massive 7,050mAh battery inside a chassis that measures 8.9mm thick. In standard testing with screen brightness set to 200 nits, the phone lasted 18 hours of web browsing and roughly seven hours of heavy 3D gaming.
