There are no details about the upcoming device yet, but it will have the model number SM-A586x, with the last digit or character indicating the market it will be available in. The model that is in the GSMA database is the SM-A5860, which is the one for the Chinese market.
Additionally, the database also shows that Samsung is working on the Galaxy XCover FR, with the model number SM-G778x. The exact version in the database is the SM-G778B, which is the one intended for Europe and other global markets. The latest XCover model is the Galaxy XCover 7 Pro , which was launched in 2025, so it's definitely time for a successor to show up sooner, rather than later.
